◆Job Description◆

You will be responsible for a wide range of food marketing tasks, from upstream product planning in our brand consulting business to downstream in-store promotions.

<Job details>
You will be involved in the entire food supply chain from production to in-store presentation.
・Customer service:
Product development department of a major retailerMDWe will make planning proposals to:
(Support for new product and brand planning based on market research results, package design planning, sales promotion support, process management up to release, etc.)
・Contract farmers and manufacturers:
We handle negotiations with producers and manufacturers, and manage the entire process from new product development to shipping.
(Confirmation of production plans, factory inspections, etc.)
・Products in charge:
Responsible for one of the following: vegetables, fruits, processed foods, daily foods, prepared foods, meat, or fresh fish.

◎ By directly experiencing the aspirations of ambitious producers, customers can gain a deeper understanding of the branding process.(Major retail distributors)This work also contributes to the business strategy of the company.
◎The quality of the brand and the thoughts of the producers can be conveyed through the products you have produced, and it is rewarding to see customers pick up the products.

・Work experience in the food industry or distribution industry
・Corporate sales experience
・Experience planning or marketing consumer goods or products for consumers

Core time: 11:00-15:00
Scheduled working hours: 8 hours 00 minutes, 60 minutes break
Overtime allowance: Yes, fixed overtime pay system, excess amount paid separately

Average overtime hours across the company: 23 hours
 
<Holidays and Vacations>
More than 120 days per year
Breakdown: 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, New Year's holidays, and other company-specified holidays (summer vacation, etc.)
Paid vacation: 10 days after joining the company for six months, maximum granted days: 20 days
