<Responsibilities>
You will be responsible for managing and administering brand standards for a fresh food brand handled by a major retail distributor.
By integrating and managing a wide range of information, from field soil to cultivation history and distribution routes, we aim to increase brand value.
We will support you from the ground up.
*After gaining work experience and knowledge, we would like you to be involved in improving work flow and formulating brand standards.

full-time employee
*There is a three-month trial period. Working conditions will not change during the trial period.

Flextime system
Core time: 11:00-15:00
Scheduled working hours: 8 hours 00 minutes, 60 minutes break
Overtime allowance: Yes, fixed overtime pay system, excess amount paid separately
Fixed overtime pay equivalent hours: 43.0 hours/month
Average overtime hours across the company: 23 hours

<Holidays and Vacations>
More than 120 days per year
Breakdown: 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, New Year's holidays, and other company-specified holidays (summer vacation, etc.)
Paid vacation: 10 days after joining the company for six months, maximum granted days: 20 days

<Transportation access>
 1 minute walk from Exit 1 of Monzen-Nakacho Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line and Toei Oedo Line
