The 4th "Fish Producers' Conference" was held.

We recently held the 4th "Fish Producers' Conference" at cifra's headquarters.At the Producers Conference, producers, Ito-Yokado, and cifra gather once a year to exchange information and hold discussions.

On the day, future policies will be shared and a producer discussion session will be held.The producers' forum focused on the theme of "sustainability," and involved sharing the efforts of each producer and exchanging opinions.We also had the opportunity to sample fish with a face, such as amberjack pasta, oyster escabeche, and seared red sea bream sashimi, all prepared using the producers' own original recipes.

"Fish with a Face" and "Food with a Face" have been undertaking various initiatives to adapt to changes and needs in society.We will continue to work closely with producers on various initiatives so that we can continue to be a brand that connects customers and producers.
