cifra Co., Ltd. (Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Toshiya Takekuma) will begin selling "Tohoku Rokka," a product jointly developed with JA Zennoh, on December 1, 2020, through its e-commerce business "Hana BOX," which aims to stimulate demand for flowers.
What is the "Tohoku Rokka"?
JA Zennoh has been working to expand consumption of agricultural and livestock products in Tohoku and support the production areas as part of the Zennoh Tohoku Project, which has been promoted as a wide-area initiative covering the six Tohoku prefectures. Hana BOX is sympathetic to this concept, and has produced the first project in collaboration with the Zennoh Tohoku Project, "Tohoku Rokka." This project will be launched on a special website (https://tohoku-rokka.jp/This project aims to support flower growers in the Tohoku region by allowing customers to purchase assorted flowers from the six Tohoku prefectures and display them in their stores or homes.
In addition, the special website will feature images posted on Instagram under the "Decorate Tohoku #" campaign, allowing you to see how people who have actually purchased the product are decorating it.
