Prioritize your work and work efficiently

I chose to work part-time to balance my work and personal life.
I am always conscious of how I can get as much work done as possible within the time constraints I have.
Because my work is so diverse, I first prioritize my work and think about the flow of the day, while also making adjustments and coming up with ways to work more efficiently.

Cherish the careful attention to detail

I believe that creating a comfortable working environment for everyone is also an important part of my job.
I take care to keep the office clean and to ensure that no supplies are left out.
Rather than just doing what I'm told, I try to approach things with a positive and flexible attitude.
Nothing makes me happier than hearing people say "Thank you" or "You've improved," and it makes my job worthwhile.

Communicating and facilitating relationships and a smooth working environment

In my work, I have the opportunity to interact with a variety of people, so I try to accurately grasp their requests and respond flexibly and quickly.
Also, I can get to know the other person through small conversations in the break room, so I try to communicate proactively.
As the number of employees raising children is increasing, it is very reassuring to be able to consult with them about such personal matters.

Shifra doesn't restrict me to the framework of work, and I can experience many things depending on my motivation, so I hope to continue to expand my possibilities without fearing anything.
