Fruits

After graduating from university and working in apparel sales for three years, he joined cifra in 2013.

For our customers

I wanted to do a job that would make customers happy and allow me to interact directly with them, so after graduating from university I worked as a salesperson at an apparel company.
However, in order to broaden my knowledge, I wanted to learn about the flow leading up to sales, so I started looking for a job in a field other than clothing. I became interested in cifra, which deals in food branding, and joined the company.
After joining the company, I supported flower merchandising operations, and have been in charge of fruit consulting for the past two years.
This job involves interacting with many people before the products are displayed in store, and allows you to feel the thoughts of many different people, from producers to store staff.

The smiles of producers and customers

At first, I started out knowing nothing about fruit varieties or seasons, and even when I went to production areas I struggled because I didn't understand what people were saying, but I was able to learn about the products from my business partners as well, and I soon found myself enjoying working in an environment where I could enjoy myself.
Most producers have no idea how the fruit they grow is sold or who is buying it.
I feel really happy when I convey the state of the sales floor and customer feedback to producers and they are pleased with the product, and when customers who have eaten the products I've been involved with say they're delicious, it motivates me to spread the word even more about how good they are!

Bringing fruit closer to you

From now on, we will convey the techniques and thoughts of our producers.
In addition, we would like to propose sales methods and promotions that will make seasonal fruits more accessible to a wide range of people and allow them to be enjoyed as an item to enjoy the seasons, just like fashion.
