After completing a master's course at a Japanese university, he joined Chengdu Xifulai as a new graduate in 2013.
I am originally from Sichuan Province, so after graduating from university I wanted to use my experience in Japan to work for a local Japanese company.
I was also interested in consulting, and above all, I decided to join Chengdu Xifulai because I wanted to contribute to improving food safety issues in China.
Immediately after joining the company, I was in charge of fresh produce and participated in a project to launch a new brand.
After the launch, I experienced launching two new brands in quick succession, this time for clothing and housing, and am now the leader in the processed foods department.
I personally enjoy taking on new challenges, so I think launching a new brand is a job that suits me, but of course, when you work on something new, some challenges arise!
It is up to us to find a solution to this, and we must do something even in unprecedented circumstances.
The hardest part is establishing new standards and rules in a new field with no reference points to work from!
On the other hand, this is what makes it rewarding, and we enjoy seeing the sales floor and products change depending on our approach.
I have a really competitive personality, and I always want to work harder than anyone else and create the best thing possible, no matter what it is (laughs).
I am working hard to become a leader who can make strong decisions in any situation.
