There are also more and more opportunities for individuals to purchase flowers.
As the industry environment changes, you will be primarily responsible for after-sales customer support, in order to stimulate new demand for flowers and further expand the business.
 
<Responsibilities>
- Operational tasks such as general customer support (call center), order management, and billing information management for the flower B2B platform business "Hanasta."

- Experience in the flower industry preferred (regardless of industry).
・As this is an environment with a lot of contact with customers, those with excellent communication skills are required, both inside and outside the company.
