We have opened a sales website for products related to "Food with a Face."

We have recently launched a website that sells products related to "Food with a Face."

The products for sale are the "Nurturers: Visiting Farms with Visible Faces 2023 Calendar" and "Nurturers: Visiting Farms with Visible Faces Photo Book," which were produced to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the release of "Fruits and Vegetables with Visible Faces," a recipe collection that makes the most of the flavors of ingredients from "Foods with Visible Faces: A Book that Teaches You How to Eat Them Deliciously," and "Vegetables with Visible Faces Crayons," which are made from parts of vegetables that would otherwise be thrown away.

The Nurturers series was shot by photographer Kentaro Kumon, who has recently gained rapid acclaim for his profound photographs of Japanese farming and nature. The photographs, which capture farming scenes across the country over a period of one year from the fall of 2021, are filled with a texture that cannot be expressed in words alone.
